Package Marked Delivered but Not Received

If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:

1. A delivery photo or signed receipt is considered proof that the order was fulfilled.

2. To dispute the delivery, you must provide valid evidence within 3 days of delivery, such as:

   • Surveillance footage showing the package was not received

   • A police report or unsigned confirmation from the police

   • An official non-delivery confirmation from the courier

   • An official lost-package confirmation from the courier

⚠️ If no valid evidence is provided, we cannot issue a refund or resend the order.

If the police confirm the package was not signed for by you or an authorized recipient, please provide the report so we can handle your case accordingly.
