Lifetime Frame Warranty

• All Glerc frames have a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

• Covered frame failures will be replaced free of charge.

• Not covered: improper use, extreme conditions, or abuse.

Parts Warranty

• Standard components: 1 year from purchase

• Normal wear-and-tear parts: 45 days

• Claims for major shipping damage or missing parts: within 30 days

Eligibility

• Warranty applies only to purchases from glercbikes.co.uk

• Claims outside the original country/region may have additional costs or limitations

• Damage from improper assembly, maintenance, or adjustments is not covered

How to Make a Claim

1. Order number or purchase email

2. Clear description of the issue

3. Preferred resolution (e.g., replacement part)

4. Supporting photos or videos
