• Items must be brand new, unused, and in resellable condition with all original parts and accessories

• Returns/exchanges for personal reasons (not product quality or shipping issues) are not free if the bike has been unboxed or assembled

Return Process:

1. Read the return policy and contact support@glercbikes.co.uk to initiate your return.

2. Do not send items without prior approval—unapproved returns will not be accepted or refunded.

3. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label. Package the bike securely and ensure all parts are included.

4. After we receive and inspect the return, if it meets our conditions, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear.
